Most weekends require a 2 nite minimum stay; last minute single nights are occasionally available (please call).
50% deposit is required to confirm the reservation.
Rates based on double occupancy/ additional adults - $35 / nite; children/ under 3 stay free; over 3- $2/ year of age/ nite.
Single rate discounts will be applied.
Pets - $15 and up (based on the size of the dog; whether the dog sheds; and the length of stay).

The 50% deposit is refundable in full if the reservation is cancelled at least 14 days in advance (long term stays / multiple room reservations have individual cancellation policies agreed to at time of reservation). If the reservation is cancelled 3-14 days prior to your stay, the 50% deposit will be forfeited unless the room is re-rented. If the cancelllation is made 3 days or less prior to your stay or if you are a "no show", a full charge may be made unless the room is re-rented.
